I’m Haley, the founder of Motive Promotional—and a firm believer that your brand deserves more than just another pen with a logo.

With 20+ years in the B2B and office supply world—and a decade specializing in promotional products, I’ve seen it all. The wasted budgets, the random giveaways, the missed opportunities. That’s why I started Motive. Because I believe every product, every promotion, should have a purpose. A motive.

Of course, sometimes you just need a quick batch of t-shirts or coolies. That’s cool too. I’ve built this business to serve both sides- the fast and simple, and the bold and thoughtful.

At my core, I’m a problem-solver, a creative thinker, and someone who gets genuine joy out of putting your name in lights (or on mugs, notebooks, water bottles… you get it). I work with businesses and organizations who want to connect with people in memorable, meaningful ways.

Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom to two amazing grown kids. A soon-to-be grandma (our first grandbaby arrives this September!). I’m a dog lover, a total rabbit fanatic, and happiest when I’m being wildly creative.
